Hours 6.00 Registration of the participants in the Bureau in Piazza dei Signori [Square of the Lords], Treviso.
Hours 7.30 Closing of registrations. Final assigning of work posts and exhibition posts.
Hours 8.00 Beginning of the competition for participants of the “A” and “C” categories. They will be able to perform their job on the place, under the guidance of the committee members, in four hours (8.00-12.00). The passage of the jury will begin at hours 13.00.
Hours 9.00 Final term for the exhibition of the ready works of Category “B”, with the passage of the jury for the awarding of the points.
Hours 10.00 - Hours 12.00 The Seven Veneto Provinces present a guided study route over the typical oeno-gastronomy products in the Exhibition Hall of the Treviso Chamber of Commerce. The cultural and gastronomic aspects of the products, which best represent the Veneto provinces territory, will be expounded to the participants. These micro-seminars will allow the visitors to know and appreciate the best Companies which produce typical oeno-gastronomic foods..
Hours 13.00 Jury evaluation for the “A” and “C” categories.
Hours 14.00 – 15.30 The Seven Veneto Provinces present a guided study route over the typical oeno-gastronomy products in the Exhibition Hall of the Treviso Chamber of Commerce. These are small specialist laboratories, to promote and spread the Veneto typical products to the participants coming from the rest of Italy and the world.
Hours 16.00 Handing out of diplomas to all the participants, in the Salon of the Three Hundred, in Piazza dei Signori.
Hours 17.00 Official photograph of the participants. ( Only those who will rear the regulatory uniform will be admitted ).
Hours 20.15 Meeting at the HotelAntica Postumia in Vedelago, for the tasting of the Treviso territory typical menu.
Hours 22.30 Conclusion of the evening.
